Once you've selected a plot, we prepare the necessary agreements and documentation clearly outlining terms.

Payment Plan Activation

Choose your preferred payment method: Outright, Short Instalment (3 months), or Long Instalment (30 months).

Plot Allocation

Upon initial payment (for outright) or completion of payment plan, your plot is officially allocated to you with a Letter of Grant.

Start Building Your Dream

With your plot secured, you are free to start planning and building according to the estate guidelines.

Understanding Our Payment Plans

We offer flexibility to suit your financial capacity.

INSTALLMENT (30 MONTHS)

Perfect for long-term financial planning. Spread your payments comfortably over two and a half years. Initial deposit may be required. Typically N3,700,000 for a 50x50 plot.

OUTRIGHT (INSTANT)

Secure your plot immediately with a one-time full payment. Enjoy instant allocation and often a discounted price (e.g., N3,200,000 for a 50x50 plot).

SHORT INSTALMENT (3 MONTHS)

A quick path to ownership. Pay off your plot in three manageable monthly instalments. Good for those with ready funds but prefer a short spread.
